Impact of Compensation Management on Employee Satisfaction and Performance: An Empirical Study at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

It explores the effectiveness of compensation structures—including both monetary and non-monetary benefits—and how they align with employee expectations and organizational goals. Using primary and secondary data from 100 employees, the research evaluates compensation practices, perceived fairness, motivational aspects, and employee perceptions regarding organizational transparency and reward systems. The findings highlight the need for performance-linked incentives, recognition systems, and continuous compensation benchmarking to maintain workforce morale and productivity
