BAP1 -tumour predisposition syndrome

BAP1-tumour predisposition syndrome is an autosomal dominant cancer syndrome associated with an increased risk of uveal and cutaneous melanoma, mesothelioma, and renal cell carcinoma. Dermatological examination is important in patients with apparent isolated BAP1-inactivated melanocytomas to detect this syndrome.
