HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR A TRANSPORT COMPANY BASED ON YOUTH INVOLVEMENT IN THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

This article is an author’s analysis of the situation within the Russian Railways Management Committee in the field of personnel strategy in interaction with young people, as well as the involvement of young workers in a variety of technical processes, taking into account the implementation of the digitalization of the economic environment, which directly implies the need to ensure the application of the scheme of basic components of the formation of an appropriate level of involvement of the company’s workforce. It was also proposed to introduce into the TC an advanced model of involvement of the company’s workforce through the development of competencies, which will be multifactorial in nature, and will also make it possible to implement the assessment process at various levels of proficiency in certain professional competencies, while young staff strive to realize their own potential, participate in management decisions in order to achieve those goals. or other goals set for the company. To successfully implement such a model, the authors created a special questionnaire to assess the level of involvement in the technical process of young employees of the enterprise.
