Changing the way healthcare systems operate is a complicated task and a number of behavioural levers are required to nudge us towards a focus on achieving better outcomes in healthcare. This book examines how we may use financial levers and incentives to encourage the behaviours that make that value-based system redesign possible, from achieving equitable population health to driving high value care across whole pathways and achieving the outcomes that matter to people.
