Amyloidosis is a condition characterized by the accumulation of microfibrils in the extracellular space, which can lead to organ failure. In this case report, we present an extremely rare form of hereditary apolipoprotein A2 (APOA2) amyloidosis in a patient who developed end-stage renal disease. The corresponding mutation has not been previously documented in the literature. The current case report adds to the small literature on APOA2-related amyloidosis.
