Halide segregation and structural dynamics of wide-bandgap perovskites in solar cells

This work reveals that processing routes govern evolution in wide-bandgap perovskites. A 2D/3D bilayer suppresses halide migration, whereas quasi-2D formation accelerates phase segregation. The 2D/3D bilayer enables stable perovskite electronics.
