Green synthesis of rosehip-derived carbon quantum dots for reusable biocatalysts in sustainable fruit juice clarification

In this study, rosehip-derived quantum dots were synthesized via a green synthesis and used for xylanase immobilization. The biocatalyst was structurally characterized and its potential for fruit juice clarification was evaluated.
