Jeong Seob Kim, Da Eun Jeong, Seul Lee, Jung Sun Lee

We report an 80-year-old man with giant cell arteritis without classic cranial symptoms, who presented with progressive dizziness and orthostatic syncope and showed rapidly progressive stenosis of the bilateral internal carotid and vertebral arteries within 1 year; diagnosis was established by temporal artery biopsy and ultrasonography, with subsequent clinical and laboratory improvement after methylprednisolone and tocilizumab.
