Streptococcus dysgalactiae
is an emerging pathogen in fish, causing septicemia, tissue damage, and production losses. We sequenced, assembled, and annotated genomes from multiple isolates recovered from a commercial catfish farm. These genomic data advance our understanding of streptococcosis in fish and support the development of targeted control strategies in aquaculture.
