Andjela Arandjelovic, Guan Tan, Ellen Ma, Michelle S Goh

Keratoacanthomas (KA) are cutaneous tumours presenting as dome-shaped nodules with central keratotic cores. Generalised eruptive KA (GEKA) or Grzybowski syndrome is a rare multiple KA variant. We describe a patient with severe GEKA on a background of a new diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome – chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia. This is the third documented patient with multiple keratoacanthomas on a background of myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative disease.
