Fundamentals of developing training process management for highly qualified figure skaters

The purpose of the study is to develop a model of training process management for highly qualified figure skaters. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature; questionnaires (survey); pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; control tests; expert assessment; mathematical statistics methods. Research results and conclusions. A model of training process management for highly qualified figure skaters was developed, taking into account the means and methods of training, organizational and biomedical techniques. The application of the model during the pedagogical experiment made it possible to improve all studied indicators of physical fitness and contributed to the growth of sports mastery, which testifies to its effectiveness.
