Functional relationships of legal ideology and the subjects of the law enforcement mechanism

The article discusses the functional relationship of legal ideology with the subjects of law enforcement, namely, the essential and natural functions of legal ideology in relation to the state apparatus, civil society, and at the individual level - the individual, as subjects of the law enforcement mechanism. The main essential functions of legal ideology are also singled out directly in relation to the subjects of the law enforcement mechanism, as a segment of the mechanism under consideration united by one goal. Also, special attention is paid to dysfunctions of legal ideology in the of law enforcement mechanism, resulting from the contradiction between essential and natural functions. The author comes to the conclusion that the main essential functions of legal ideology in relation to the subjects of law enforcement are the function of ensuring legal policy, the function of forming sense of justice, as well as the function of ensuring the unity of legal practice.
