From device physics to system performance: multiscale evaluation of Ba 2 AgBiBr 6 lead-free perovskite solar cells

Zahid HasanBa 2 AgBiBr 6 -based lead-free solar cells were optimized by SCAPS-1D through 54 ETL/HTL combinations. CdS/MoTe 2 gave the best device performance with 24.42% PCE, while PVsyst predicted a P MPP of 509.85 W.
