Formation of digital learning values and digital balance in medical college students (a case study of KBSU)
Mayya BeslaneevaThe article examines the issue of transforming educational values in the context of digitalization, using students of a medical college as a case study. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to integrate the traditional professional and ethical values of future medical professionals with the new realities of the digital educational environment. Based on an analysis of theoretical sources and empirical data obtained during the diagnostics of the value orientations of students at the Medical College of KBSU (n=120), the article substantiates the importance of forming not only digital competencies but also the values of "digital balance." It has been experimentally confirmed that, despite the active use of digital resources, students maintain a priority for traditional values, yet 45% face the negative consequences of digitalization. The results of the diagnostics of value orientations are presented, serving as a foundation for developing recommendations to optimize the educational process for the harmonious integration of digital tools without compromising professional and personal development.
