Foreign experience in improving the company's organizational culture

In this article, the authors have examined the foreign experience of forming and improving the organizational culture of companies in the context of improving management efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. The main issues of the organizational culture of Russian organizations have been considered, and they have been compared with the management practices used in the United States, Germany, and Japan. The article analyzes the features of national models of organizational culture, including approaches to leadership, staff motivation, management decision-making, the development of corporate values, and employee interaction. Special attention has been paid to the influence of cultural factors on the organizational behavior of employees and the performance of companies. The conclusion is that it is necessary to adapt successful foreign experience to Russian conditions, taking into account national characteristics and modern requirements for economic development.
