Flow synthesis of polysubstituted pyrroles via a Vilsmeier–chloroacrolein strategy

Continuous flow strategy enables rapid synthesis of polysubstituted pyrroles via chloroacrolein, giving higher yields, shorter reaction times, much lower solvent use, and a formal synthesis of lukianol A and lamellarin natural product intermediates.
