In specific applications, requirements are imposed on the pulse rise/fall time and pulse waveform. Series connection of low‐voltage SiC
mosfet
s provides a straightforward and effective solution to meet the demands of high‐power density and high repetition rate in high‐voltage pulsed power generators. This paper presents a novel pulsed power generator based on series‐connected SiC
mosfet
s, capable of producing high‐voltage pulses with adjustable rise/fall time and waveform. The proposed topology employs two sets of series‐connected SiC
mosfet
s to control the rising and falling edges, respectively, while self‐balancing clamping circuits (SBCCs) ensure reliable voltage sharing among the SiC
mosfet
s. By programming the switching sequences of the SiC
mosfet
s, multi‐level pulse voltages can be achieved, enabling precise control over the rise/fall time and pulse waveform. The structure and operating principle of the proposed topology are elaborated in detail, and experimental results validate the feasibility of the scheme.
