Firm, Yellow, and Now Fluid-Filled!

Bisam Haq, Richard Turner

An 11-year-old male presented with a rare bullous pilomatrixoma on the right shoulder, following excision of a prior pilomatricoma at a different site. The lesion exhibited characteristic translucent, fluid-filled bullae with a firm core, confirmed by clinicopathological correlation. This case highlights the unusual recurrence of pilomatrixoma as the bullous subtype and underscores the importance of early diagnosis and surgical management in pediatric patients.
