This paper presents a study of a ferrite coaxial interference double transmission line comprising two assemblies of ferrite rings with different diameters. The assembly of smaller diameter rings is located inside the assembly of larger diameter rings; the gap between the assemblies is several tens of micrometers. This double line provided secondary modulation of a rapidly damped oscillation with an effective frequency of ∼22 GHz, which was an order of magnitude higher than that of the primarily modulated oscillation. The peak-to-peak amplitude of the secondarily modulated oscillations was several tens of percent of the amplitude of the leading peak, which reached a maximum of about −250 kV. The results of the study give grounds to believe that secondary modulation occurs due to secondary spin waves, and its feasibility is mainly determined by the magnetization precession angle.
