Features of the impact of the potential cost of mineral raw materials on the socio-economic differentiation of regions and the role of program documents in the development of mineral resources

The article compares the indicators of socio-economic development of the regions of Russia, on the basis of which the leading regions and outsider regions were determined in terms of the average per capita share of the gross regional product, the volume of investments, the level of income, as well as a number of infrastructure indicators. The economic situation of the regions is correlated with the cost of their mineral potential, with the execution of budgets and the share of regional taxes in their composition. The main strategies and programs of regional development are considered, their importance in the development of mineral resources of the territories is shown. It is recommended to introduce monitoring of the potential value of mineral raw materials of the territories in their long-term development programs in order to attract capital to promising projects related to the development of mineral deposits and the recovery of the economic situation.
