Lada Smirnova, Natalya Bashlueva, Natalia Nikolaeva

This article describes in detail the specifics of professional training for the law enforcement system. The author's main attention is focused on the analysis of organizational aspects of tactical and special training (TSP), implemented on the basis of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The research raises a number of topical issues related to the planning and practical implementation of tasks within the framework of the TSP course. Special emphasis is placed on existing problems, among which are: insufficient equipment and limited potential of the modern educational and methodological base, the need for systematic professional development of the teaching staff, as well as the need for closer integration of theoretical knowledge with applied aspects of the daily operational activities of employees. This paper not only states the current state of affairs, but also suggests specific ways to improve the educational process of tactical and special training. The implementation of these recommendations is designed to ensure a higher level of assimilation of the material by cadets and trainees, which, in turn, will contribute to an increase in combat training indicators. The ultimate goal of these measures is to improve the quality of training of future officers to effectively solve real operational and service tasks in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
