Expressionless Physiognomy–A Case of Moebius Syndrome

Moebius syndrome (MBS) is a rare neurological disorder which characterized by bilateral or unilateral facial nerve weakness with bilateral abducens nerve palsy. It can affect multiple cranial nerves with an incidence of 2–20 cases per million births. We report a 6 years female child with MBS with morpho-functional deficits and developmental problems.
