EXAMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF WORK PERFORMED IN THE FIELD OF FIRE SAFETY UNDER CONTRACTS FOR STATE AND MUNICIPAL NEEDS

The article considers the processes of implementation and legal support of the examination of the results of work and services in the field of fire safety provided for by contracts for state and municipal needs. The legal status of the forensic institutions of EMERCOM of Russia as organizations engaged to examine the results of a contract is analyzed, and their compliance with the criteria of the legal regulator is assessed. A number of proposals are formulated to improve the legal regulation of the process of examining contract results, aimed at ensuring the proper quality of work in this area, including those related to the mandatory involvement of experts and expert organizations, the need to develop standard terms of contracts for the provision of expert services, as well as the involvement of expert organizations accredited in the national accreditation system or in the voluntary certification system of EMERCOM of Russia.
