Ensuring food security: balance of basic and complementary foods

This paper, based on an analysis of the regulatory framework and statistical data, examines the functioning of food markets across various categories. Specific challenges associated with the sale of products not included in the consumer basket identified, and factors influencing the sustainability of the regional food system analyzed. Practical recommendations formulated for improving state support for producers and optimizing sales activities in the current economic climate.
