Endoscopic Management of a Rare Pediatric Fronto‐Ethmoidal Mucocele With Orbital Involvement: Navigating Surgical Challenges

Paranasal mucoceles are benign lesions causing bone erosion with orbital and intracranial extension. An 11‐year‐old male presented with right orbital proptosis with restricted movement. Computed tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging revealed a fronto‐ethmoidal mucocele involving orbit. Endoscopic marsupialization with drainage and orbital decompression achieved complete clinical and radiological resolution.
