Abstract

Direct N-allylation of NH-sulfoximines represents an important strategy to rapidly diversify their three-dimensional stereochemical architectures. In the presence of an iridium catalyst and a borinic acid catalyst, the asymmetric allylation reaction of NH-sulfoximines with allyl alcohol was established. This protocol provides a broad range of α-chiral N-allyl sulfoximines in high yields and excellent regio- and enantioselectivities under mild reaction conditions.
