Comprehensive Summary

Bulky aromatic chiral amines serve as the core structural fragments of numerous mainstream drugs, and the pharmacological activities of these drugs are highly dependent on the stereo configuration differences of chiral amines. In this paper, 20 types of conjugated monocyclic aromatic ketones were used as model substrates. Based on various amine donor systems, the catalytic applications of multiple newly discovered reductive aminases were explored, providing theoretical references and research ideas for the asymmetric catalytic synthesis of bulky aromatic chiral amines.
