Emotional intelligence, reflexivity, and personality traits of State Traffic Inspectorate traffic police officers

The subject of the study is the relationship between emotional intelligence, reflexivity and personality traits of traffic police officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate. Purpose of the study: to study the characteristics of emotional intelligence, reflexivity and personality traits of traffic police officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate, as well as their relationships. A theoretical analysis of scientific literature was carried out, the degree of development of problems was analyzed, a psychodiagnostic examination was carried out using methods: N. Hall's emotional intelligence test in adaptation by E.P. Ilyina; reflexivity questionnaire A.V. Karpov and the five-factor personality questionnaire by R. McCrae and P. Costa, adapted by A.B. Khromova. The respondents in the study were 72 traffic police officers of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Bashkortostan.
