Electrical regulation of multilayer graphene and graphene nanoscrolls using deionized water as a gate dielectric

A deionized water gate enables highly efficient electrostatic modulation in graphene nanoscrolls. Electric field-driven ion intercalation overcomes screening limits, offering superior low-voltage control.
