Electric field dependence of superconducting transition temperature of superconductor–semiconductor sandwich systems
V. M. Genkin, S. V. SharovIt is shown that the superconducting transition temperature of a superconductor–semiconductor sandwich system oscillates with a period 105−106 V/cm in a constant electric field. The amplitude of the oscillations can be 1−2 K.
