To date, quantum dots liquid crystal display (QDs‐LCD) technology has dominated the high‐end LCD display market by virtue of its distinctive merits, including low cost, high luminance, large size, and wide color gamut. As the key component of QDs‐LCD architecture, the QDs film undertakes the critical color‐conversion task. Compared with commercial CdSe and InP QDs, perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) exhibit excellent optical properties such as low manufacturing cost, high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY), and ultra‐high color purity. Nevertheless, their inherent poor structural and environmental stability severely hinders large‐scale commercialization in display devices. Herein, stable red and green SiO 2 ‐encapsulated PQDs (PQDs@SiO 2 ) powders were synthesized via an in‐situ high‐temperature template confinement growth strategy. Barrier‐free PQDs color conversion film (PQDs‐CCF) was subsequently fabricated by sandwiching PQDs@SiO 2 powders between optical‐grade PET film through a roll‐to‐roll lamination process, avoiding the utilization of high‐cost commercial barrier film. The optimized barrier‐free PQDs@SiO 2 film delivers a superior DCI‐P3 color gamut coverage of 96.04%, accompanied by excellent optical uniformity and long‐term operational reliability. These findings demonstrate that the proposed stable barrier‐free PQDs@SiO 2 film has potential for advanced next‐generation low‐cost and high‐performance QDs‐LCD display devices.
