Effective management of oral eosinophilic granuloma in two dogs using oclacitinib

Canine oral eosinophilic granuloma is rare and can be refractory to conventional therapies. We report two dogs with canine oral eosinophilic granuloma successfully managed with oclacitinib, achieving rapid improvement and sustained remission without adverse effects. These cases suggest oclacitinib may represent a safe and effective therapeutic option for eosinophil‐mediated oral diseases in dogs.
