Effect of x rays on superconducting transition characteristics in Y–Ba–Cu–O ceramics

The effect of x rays on the temperature and width of superconducting transitions in yttrium ceramics is studied. The dependence of the final temperature and the width of superconucting transitions on the irradiation dose is investigated for samples with different initial characteristics. The effect of high-temperature annealing on the indicated parameters of irradiated ceramics is analyzed.
