Abstract

Burnout in healthcare can impact job satisfaction and potentially quality of care. This survey study assessed the impact of integrated clinical pharmacists on prescriber burnout in an infectious diseases clinic setting. Survey findings suggest improvements in drivers of burnout and a perceived weekly workload reduction of 5 hours per prescriber.
