A 23-year-old man presented with pleuritic chest pain, mild hemoptysis, and dyspnoea. Imaging revealed bilateral pleural-based masses with rupture, causing pneumothorax. This Clinicopathologic Conference highlights the differentials and there diagnostic reasoning, as well as the multidisciplinary discussions that led to the appropriate diagnosis of an uncommon lung mass.
