Ebstein Anomaly With Pre-excited Atrial Fibrillation

This case report discusses a diagnosis of pre-excited atrial fibrillation in a man aged 30 years who presented with palpitations and presyncope and exhibited a fast, broad, and irregular pattern on electrocardiography.
