ABSTRACT

Legionella pneumophila is a well-recognized public health concern and can be sporadically detected in treated drinking water. The draft genomes of 20 Legionella pneumophila isolates are presented, which were recovered from 5 chlorinated and 2 chloraminated drinking water distribution systems.
