Digitalization of the Russian Economy: Problems and Solutions

The article is devoted to the problems of digitalization of the Russian economy. The goals and forms of digitalization of the economy are outlined. The existing problems are identified and some measures to solve them are proposed. Barriers to digitalization of the economy are studied. Attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on structural shifts in the economy. The directions for improving economic policy in the conditions of digitalization are considered.
