M. B. Ravi, Anupama Aradya, Nisarga Vinodkumar, M. R. Dhakshaini, S. RashmiThis case report presents the full-arch rehabilitation of a female patient in her fifties with complete mandibular edentulism and maxillary posterior partial edentulism (teeth 14–17). The treatment utilized the All-on-4 implant concept for the mandibular arch, incorporating a comprehensive digital workflow with intraoral scanning technology. Following a 5-month osseointegration period, the prosthetic phase was carried out using multiunit abutments and followed a structured protocol comprising a verification jig, wax try-in, and metal framework evaluation. At the 12-month follow-up, the patient demonstrated excellent functional and aesthetic outcomes, with high satisfaction scores. This case highlights the integration of digital workflow with the All-on-4 concept to enhance treatment predictability and efficiency in full-arch rehabilitation.
