Magomedzagid Magomedov, Elina Sultanova, Zarema Khambulatova

The article examines the transformational processes in the field of education under the influence of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as their impact on the development of human capital. Based on the analysis of Russian and international initiatives – the introduction of the Artificial Intelligence profile into the Russian school curriculum from the 2026/27 academic year, the Cyberrok project in the Moscow region, the OECD study on the digital transformation of school education, the Cyberpsychology and Digital Pedagogy seminar at ITMO University – the key areas of digital transformation of pedagogy are considered. Special attention is paid to the new roles of the teacher (tutor, mentor, facilitator), the personalization of learning, the integration of AI into the educational process and the development of digital competencies. Based on empirical data, two tables are presented that characterize the directions of digital transformation of education and the transformation of the role of the teacher in the digital environment. The conclusion is made about the formation of a new pedagogical paradigm, where the teacher becomes a mentor and facilitator, and AI acts as a tool for personalization and automation of routine tasks.
