Digital tools for project management in industry: time and budget savings

The key problems arising during the implementation of production tasks are analyzed, and it is shown how the introduction of digital tools helps to solve them. Aspects such as automated coordination of tasks and resources, real-time control of the execution of work stages, as well as methods for preventing budget overruns and missed deadlines are revealed in detail. Special attention is paid to the need to integrate project management systems with corporate ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to create a unified digital environment. Based on a practical case study, the economic feasibility of digitalization is justified, demonstrating a significant reduction in the launch time of new production lines and the optimization of financial costs.
