Abstract

Objective

The rapid iteration of AI and digital industries brings intense occupational psychological pressure to business talents, resulting in adaptive emotional disorders and unstable mental states, which severely restrict individual development and industrial upgrading. This study explores talent psychological adaptation rules under digital intelligent empowerment, aiming to relieve industry-specific psychological pressure and improve talents’ mental health.

Subjects and Methods

This study takes business practitioners and university business students as research subjects. It adopts literature research, questionnaire surveys and structural equation modeling to analyze the correlation between digital intelligence competency, psychological adaptation pressure, mental state and industrial development demands, and summarizes defects in existing training modes.

Results

Mismatched psychological adaptation is the main source of talents’ long-term psychological pressure in the AI industry. Targeted digital intelligent business empowerment can effectively alleviate negative mental states, reduce adaptive psychological pressure, and significantly enhance talents’ mental health and professional environmental adaptability.

Conclusions

The constructed talent training system based on psychological adaptation can effectively resolve digital adaptive psychological pressure, stabilize talents’ mental states, and sustainably improve their mental health. It realizes the deep integration of psychological health cultivation and professional ability training, providing solid talent support for high-quality industrial development in the AI era.
