By combining precise in-plane and out-of-plane transport measurements with high-field determinations of the upper critical field up to 38 T, we reveal a pronounced phenomenological decoupling between the γρ=ρc/ρab and γH=Hc2ab/Hc2c. Although γρ increases dramatically in cleaner crystals, reaching values approaching 80 near Tc, γH remains nearly unchanged across crystals with different amounts of disorders. This contrasting disorder response suggests that γρ is strongly influenced by disorder-dependent scattering and band-dependent transport weighting, whereas γH is relatively insensitive to disorder-induced changes in normal-state transport. Our results indicate that bulk superconductivity remains robust despite the strong suppression of interlayer normal-state transport. These findings reveal a pronounced phenomenological decoupling between γρ and γH in a multiband system and offer new insight into the interplay between disorder, normal-state transport, and superconductivity.
