Dielectrophoretic deposition of palladium-modified zinc oxide nanowires for high-performance humidity sensors

Pd-modified ZnO nanowires were assembled between planar electrodes using dielectrophoresis to fabricate an efficient humidity-sensing device. The synergistic Pd–ZnO heterostructure demonstrated excellent humidity sensitivity and sensing performance.
