According to the basic formulation and corresponding numerical examples it is shown how the coefficients of orthogonal polynomials can be used for the estimation of the significant dosis‐response‐curve respectively dosis‐response‐hypersurface.
The two numerical examples as well as the appropriate graphical interpretation of the mathematical principles assist the utilizer of statistical methods as a comprehensible support.
