Diastereoselective Construction of Bispirooxindole Pyrazolines by [3 + 2] Annulation
Jian Wang, Song Hu, Heng Yin, Ying Xie, Chengjian Cao, Lifu Duan, Yulong Li, Chenyi LiAn efficient [3 + 2] cycloaddition of nitrile imines with isoindigos has been developed. A wide range of novel bispirooxindole pyrazolines with vicinal quaternary spirocenters was conveniently obtained in good‐to‐excellent yields with high diastereoselectivity under mild conditions. The straightforward protocol exhibits simple operation, good functional group tolerance, and scalability.
