ABSTRACT

Persistent unilateral otalgia, especially when refractory to treatment and associated with cranial nerve signs, should prompt early imaging and nasopharyngeal evaluation to avoid delayed diagnosis of aggressive malignancies such as Burkitt lymphoma.
