Development of education and teaching activities in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields, taking into account the achievements of science

In the current context of geopolitical, economic, and natural-climatic dynamics, as well as the acceleration of scientific and technological progress during the transition to the sixth technological paradigm, education, teaching, and scientific activity in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields are steadily increasing, which determined the relevance of the research topic. The objective of the presented research was to analyze the achievements of the Institute for Advanced Training of Managers and Specialists in Science, Education, and Teaching in Hydrometeorology and Related Fields, as the basic educational institution for continuing professional education in the Roshydromet system, during the period 2021-2025. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in highlighting the breakthrough achievements of the Roshydromet Institute for Advanced Training in education, teaching, and research in hydrometeorology and related fields during the period 2021-2025. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in their potential use in the development, implementation, and adjustment of strategic plans for the development of education, teaching, and research in hydrometeorology and related fields through 2030 and beyond, through 2036.
