Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Musical Content Production
Serafimovich KirillObject: To investigate the current state and development trends of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of musical content production, analyze their impact on the music industry and identify the connection with the phenomenon of clip thinking in digital culture. Methods: A comprehensive interdisciplinary approach was applied, including technical analysis of AI systems, statistical analysis of market data, comparative analysis of streaming platform policies, case analysis of commercially successful projects. The empirical base of the study includes data from analytical agencies, reports from technology companies and results of sociological surveys for 2022-2025. Findings: It was established that the AI music market reached $5.20 billion in 2024 with a projected growth to $60.44 billion by 2034 at CAGR of 27.80%. Significant differences in streaming service policies were revealed: Spotify's restrictive strategy versus the supportive approach of Russian platforms. A correlation between AI music development and the spread of clip thinking as an adaptive mechanism for digital content perception was determined. Conclusions: AI technologies are fundamentally transforming the music industry, creating a new ecosystem for content production and consumption. The synergy of AI generation and clip thinking forms a stable foundation for further development of automated musical creativity. 60 million users used AI to create music in 2024, indicating mass adoption of technologies.
