Development and evaluation of a sustainable film based on Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide and polylactic acid for enhancing fruit preservation

Electrospun PLA/PSP films were prepared via three extraction methods. The water-extracted PSP film (PSP-WE/PLA) showed superior light barrier, permeability, and antimicrobial properties, significantly enhancing postharvest fruit preservation.
